Participants Needed for Research in the Del-COrS Study

The "Development of Core Outcome Sets for Effectiveness Trials of Interventions to Prevent and/or Treat Delirium" (Del-COrS) study aims to develop an international consensus on a main set out of outcomes for measuring delirium in research studies. Ultimately, the goal of Del-COrS is to encourage that delirium research be conducted using a core set of of outcomes, thus allowing various delirium prevention and treatment methods to be compared for efficacy.

One step in the Del-COrS sudy involves gathering information from patients who have experienced delirium and/or their families. Dr. Louise Rose of Del-COrS is looking for such participants to complete one-hour phone interviews with her to discuss their experiences and the delirium outcomes that are most important to them. Participants will receive a $25 gift card for the contribution of their time.
