This brochure is distributed by Alzheimer’s Disease Education and Referral Center (ADEAR). The brochure provides information on how to make hospital visits less traumatic; tips on making
relatives or care partners more comfortable upon arrival at the hospital; and suggestions on how to work with hospital staff and doctors.
